Location: the hotel was not far from the closest major conveniences in Wichita Falls, Wichita Falls, and the HH Creek Inn. Also, I was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Baylor County Courthouse.

Had a king size bed, cozy porch with rocking chairs, and easy self check-in process. the location was spot on, and the cleanliness was commendable.

The room needed maintenance - broken shower, toilet seat, and weak AC. Limited room availability on busy weekends and only one key provided for multiple guests is inconvenient. the bed was too soft for some.
